I understand that my HBX registration is reviewed by the organizing team and is not final until my place is confirmed.

I agree to follow venue rules, payment instructions, schedule updates, media guidance, and safety information sent by the HBX team.

If I can no longer attend, I will contact the organizer as soon as possible so my place can be managed fairly.

I agree to help keep HBX respectful, inclusive, consent-forward, and safe for dancers, teachers, DJs, volunteers, and guests.

I will respect boundaries, hygiene, class etiquette, venue rules, and the decisions of the organizing team.

I understand that harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour, or repeated boundary violations may lead to removal from the event without refund.
